Pros

Time off you can take if you got it., I know this is pros but caint think of any.

Cons

There is no growth of any kind. Office culture is lets cut out all vendors and do everything in house, but lets dont buy any tools, lets dont provide training, learn on the fly, lets dont get qualified people, but people still learning there cheeper, so no one is teaching anyone.

Pros

Good Pay, Good Team, YES Culture is great most of the time. I have turned down higher paying jobs because I like my community, coworkers and location.

Cons

d berates my region/team on a weekly and daily basis. We walk through every day wondering if we are going to get fired or berated. My RM gives lofty goals without asking SLAs & then claims that we committed to those numbers. Tells us to be “do whatever it takes to hit our goals” lie to people, change the locks while people are at work, charge court fees even though our State laws and Lawyers say we can’t, tell people if you’re not buying we will do a 30 day notice on you, will ignore emails with questions and then demand quick replies from us. I am literally starting to hate my job. I have reached out to others in the company and HQ only to be told how to cope with or to “hit those goals and it wouldn’t be so bad” I have had both a FM and DM admit that it is a toxic environment but he is liked by people above our RM… my whole region is on the edge of quitting because of this person… and sever have already but are afraid that if they do they will be revived bad references for future jobs…

Pros

the office is gorgeous if your into that...

Cons

leadership was really good before changes happened. now the current department leadership is disgraceful. if you look up YES communities public info through the BBB, it is telling that the current department management doesn't want to do what works and will fabricate and put the blame on others to divert responsibility. department management has literally forced people in anxiety driven/manipulative situations with unhealthy dialogue and an abuse of power. their is an extreme lack of integrity and a bad representation of YES Communities. sad...it was once a great department, but now has plummeted and has become very political and toxic. to the person responding to this comment, please don't buffer this with being cordial and offering an email to water down this comment. own your truth and talk internally. I should not have to be the proactive one in this.
