      Pros

      I have been with Yes Communities for almost a year now. When I first started my job here in February I was welcomed with open arms and a great team to help me achieve my goals and even go above and beyond them. A couple things that make this such a great company to work for is the work/life balance. With giving holidays off to be with friends and family, and giving you enough PTO time to enjoy little vacations throughout the year. It also doesn't feel like work. You get to come into work knowing its not just a job but a career, that your co-workers are like family, and that they will help you achieve your goals at work. You won't feel that you are stuck in that 9-5 job.

      I have nothing bad to say about Yes communities.

      Pros

      I love my job and I love the people I get to work with. I've been able to surround myself with some of the most amazing people and really just feel the Yes attitude. In the last year I have learned and accomplished so much- especially with the support from my manager and director. I also feel like I've made so many friends out in the field. It's so amazing to be able to support and have support from all over.

      Cons

      The only downside I have from working at Yes is the pay. I wish I could get paid just a little more. The benefits that are provided by the company are AMAZING. I just welcomed my second baby boy in June and I will say that I was very impressed.
