Pros

Benefits Laid back environment The amazing culture Commission Bonuses Always treat us like family Donated PTO if needed for emergencies like heart attacks or accidents Certifications for maintenance team Growth & development Volunteer PTO to give back to the community Hug a homes to show our residents we care. Yes does so much for its employees and its residents. The ones who benefit are the ones who deserve it.

Cons

Nothing is a con concerning the company itself, but managing a community can be a challenge with all the different personalities of residents. The caring ones make the job worth it.

Pros

Overall, YES! is great place to work and make a career. You get what you put in but like any job with budgets and quotas it can be stressful and high pressure but it can also be very rewarding. - Compensation is decent and we receive yearly raises plus have the potential to earn sales / monthly bonuses. - Depending on your region, your team could feel like family. - Benefits and PTO are normal and okay for a company of this size. PTO is granted January 1st for the whole year and even part-timers earn a prorated amount.

Cons

- Employee pay and bonuses could definitely be higher. Especially for maintenance and collector/admins. - Compassion for residents could be better. Residents who have been living in their community for decades and who are on a fixed income still receive large yearly increases and there is no cap insight. - Direct upper management has never really been in the field and can have unrealistic expectations.
