Their was none pros, worst company I've worked for

Cons

Cant cash their check at their own bank, horrible leadership through corporate. Doesnt care about employees opinions or concerns. All job responsibilities were taken away, wasn't able to do any work.

OK if you have the right Regional Manager

Online training, great corporate guidelines/attitude.

Cons

I had a bully of a regional manager who didn't follow thru, didn't know what they were talking about, gave poor to no guidance, and was a back-stabber. She chose not to follow company policy and made it a toxic environment.

I have had an incredible experience working at YES! Communities thus far. To start a job during COVID-19 is tough, but everyone in the office has made an effort to be warm and welcoming even during these challenging times. Management is incredible and truly wants to help you develop your skills and help you take the next steps in your career growth. This is more than a job - it is a place I am excited to come to work everyday.
