Not Worth It!

Pros

New office with modern furniture and desks, snacks, drinks. Most employees are friendly and nice to work with.

Cons

Micro-Management culture, nothing can get done without being filtered from the COO and edited 100 times at that. So much turnover that many people are not completing things accurately and as long as numbers are positive who cares anyway right? Resources are usually outdated. Things like processes and procedures get changed and no one seems to know except the person that made the decision. Communication is lacking to say the least.

They offer a competitive benefits package.

Cons

You are expected to be available 24/7. There isn't a work/life balance. The backstabbing drama among managers that is encouraged by the regionals is pure sickening. They want everyone to work as a team, but they don't encourage the team mentality.
