Great training from upper management and corporate. Bonus and salary were above average. Open line of communication with district and regional manager. Great co workers to help at your property if needed.

Cons

Not having a full time leasing/sales agent. Not being employed with Yes! Any longer. Truly miss being part of a winning team.

I have learned so much in the 4 years I've been employed with YES!. The team I work with and the Executives have always provided me support throughout my growth within the company, and allowed me great opportunity. I've found that culture is key to happy employees and YES! does an awesome job of creating culture from the top down. With past employers, I have found this very hard to find. As with any job or company, you expect that if you work hard and put your heart into something, you will be rewarded- that is honestly how YES! works.

Wish we had more peanut M&Ms in our candy bowl!

Good benefits, awesome support from Regional Manager and all staff in our Denver office, fun family atmosphere, incentives for hard work. Yes Communities is just a great company to work for. They care about their employees and residents.

Cons

There are no cons for the company itself. Hands down the best company I have ever worked for.
