Pros

I have worked as a property management professional for more than 20 years and until I came to Yes! Communities, I never knew what it felt like to truly be feel like a values part of team. Yes! makes coming to work a pleasure. The company has a very casual feel, but is also very structured, you never have to guess what is expected of you and you always have the support of upper management when you need them. I have the best of the best for my entire team, RM, DM, VP, fellow CMs and their teams.

Cons

For me, it was that I waited too long to become a part of this team.

Pros

Great benefits, try's to promote from within when possible, allows managers to take ownership of the community and gives them all of the resources needed to be successful. Training bites are always available if you need to refresh, and the ops manual gives every one a step by step guide if you need it to accomplish the task. Great co-workers, team work is awesome.

Cons

It is work. This is not the place if you are simply looking to get paid. There is pressure to perform, and often times it depends on you alone to get it done. But this is a for profit company, and we are in business to make money, so if you like to be busy, and don't mind hard work, then you will be fine.

I have worked for Yes! Communities as a Property Manager for 7 years. This is the only company I have worked for that thrives for their employees. They offer assistance with hands on training and numerous tools to help you succeed in your daily tasks.
