Pros

Good insurance, 401k. Working with residents and coworkers, seeing improvement in your community, the beginning salary/bonus/commission structure before they change it on you.

Cons

Small salary with promise of big bonus/commission, which doesn't happen. They change bonus structure quarterly to stop you from making good money. If you do well in a bonus category, they change the goal to make it unattainable. Very rare raises for maintenance/sales associates. Also, pay differences between men and women in the same position. Very unprofessional upper management. Constant threats to your job via phone, email, and in person, and belittling behavior in general. Just a very unprofessional work environment in general. There were skits at regional meetings (with the home office corporate team there) making fun of residents. Also, at meetings away from home, you will be forced to share a hotel room with a coworker you've never even met. Most people who work there are just biding their time until they find a better job. Very high turnover rate.

Pros

The health benefits and the nice residents.

Cons

They work you 6 days a week and your the only one there assisting the residents and helping New clients and they still expect you to answer all the calls. To much responsibility for one person.

Pros

I had a great manager, loved the residents.

Cons

They don't provide any training classes. They don't teach you how to do the job. My regional manager was a horrible people person. She will fire you if you don't suck up to her. The company morale is extremely low. The west side of OKC is the worse place to work because of the regional manager over the area,
