      Pros

      The residents are great and helping people find housing is needed.

      Cons

      Micro managed, Don't get too successful, your earnings will go up and they will let you go. The corporate office runs the show, if they ask you to make a decision they are only looing to get rid of you for not making their decision.

      Pros

      Time off you can take if you got it., I know this is pros but caint think of any.

      Cons

      There is no growth of any kind. Office culture is lets cut out all vendors and do everything in house, but lets dont buy any tools, lets dont provide training, learn on the fly, lets dont get qualified people, but people still learning there cheeper, so no one is teaching anyone.
