In my remote role, I enjoyed meeting and guiding new hires through the onboarding process, and I also developed some new skills.

Cons

Job security is dependent upon annual contracts with partners.

Pros

It was rewarding working with the inmates, it felt like my role made a difference.

Cons

Management is poor and disorganized, very caddy. Upper management is nonexistent and does not care about the safety of staff or patients. At risk of losing your license.
