      Loved it... until it all changed.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere. Loved the people I worked with. Loved my job.

      Cons

      The corporation has no respect or value in what it's employee's have to say. Employee complaints, even formal complaints through proper channels are ignored completely. Myself and seven other long term employees with 5+ years invested in this company made the same complaint about the same person and nothing was done. We were the all fired or "encouraged to resign" within two months of the complaints.

      Competitive pay scale, reasonable benefits

      Cons

      DON's favor personal friends who bully and terrorize other staff members. These bullies are never held accountable for absences, tardiness, incompetance, or non productivity. For these staff members it is a social club while other staff members carry the work load. Non-medical administration are clueless, not understanding why the company can't make money.
