Don't walk...run!

Pros

Compensation is the ONLY positive; still it is not worth your peace of mind, integrity, or professional license

Cons

Nursing Supervisors are inept and borderline illiterate; unable to speak or write in complete sentences. No presence or support from management even if it is requested. Nursing standards are nonexistent. Training consists of watching videos and then you're pressured to "sign as acknowledgement " for training. If they don't like you, they will bully you until you quit, or they will "create" enough for disciplinary and termination. They don't care about providing adequate care for the inmate patients.
