      Set work hours, availability for overtime, excellent Union benefits, competitive salary, available supervisory support

      Cons

      Limited vacation availability despite extensive number of vacation days, frequent "alarms" result in not being able to get to work on time or leave work on time. Occasional last minute announcements of mandatory "Job Training Seminars"

      Management, favoritism, no room to move up or transfer. Unprofessionalism when your management talks and gossips about those who work for them and discussed personal information with people outside of the job.
