      Pros

      I enjoy what I do. I enjoy the flexibility and the autonomy of correctional nursing.

      Cons

      It doesn't feel like corizon cares if I do a good job or a poor one.

      Why not to work for Corizon

      Pros

      Really can't think of any pros worked for the company they took contract from for 7 yrs. less little over a year with Corizon and the HSA didn't care much for me and I was eliminated

      Cons

      Backstabbing gets you promoted PTO what a joke all forced holidays off are taken out of your PTO if you leave job under any condition that they don't like they keep your PTO mine was 116 hrs.

      Pros

      I work with a great department. Love my coworkers and leadership all the way to the top. The support is definitely apparent and appreciated.

      Cons

      Again Corizon finds itself in a time of major change and all the upheaval that goes with it. Lots of new faces in the C Suite which obviously leads to change.
