I transitioned from hospital administration to Corizon Health (correctional healthcare) 9 years ago. Joining Corizon was the best decision I have made in my career. Corizon has great leadership and promotes based on performance which fits my personality. I have been promoted three times since I've been with the company.

Cons

Correctional Healthcare is for people who like a challenge and enjoy working with high risk populations.
