There is never a day like the day before. The experience cannot be found in any other setting. You can make a difference everyday.

Cons

The only cons are your are in a secure environment so you must always be mindful of what you bring in.

Pros

Able to see a variety of ailments, able to work autonomously. At the site level, you are able to build a rapport with your coworkers.

Cons

The company is large and many of the site employees have no idea who anyone is that is not working at the site.

I’m glad you’re enjoying your time with Corizon. I certainly can understand how front-line staff can feel somewhat disconnected with those working outside of their site.
