      Great Decision!

      Pros

      Very different job with a variety of health care needed by patients (inmates.) Great salary! Amazing benefits! Love working with correctional staff and a nice break from everyday healthcare jobs.

      Cons

      Nurses with very strong personalities (which is fine if you have a backbone), must keep up guard for safety reasons at all times.

      Used to be a Good Company... Not Anymore

      Pros

      Able to leave early and take off without being questioned and giving a hard time about it. Become friends with people that I'm still in contact with Department luncheons

      Cons

      No advancement at all to move within the company Supervisor was not a good supervisor Pay isn't that good Management was not good Did not like the fact that an employee that was doing the same work as I was checking on my work and acting like she was my supervisor and trying to tell me what to do...NOT COOL AT ALL! No more bonuses once the new CEO came in Don't appreciate all of the work you have done Use to have employee appreciation week...NOT ANYMORE CEO....need I say anymore The new building is not what I thought it would be Didn't like that PTO and sick time was combined together and if you get sick you have to use your PTO time first...NOW THAT'S CRAZY!

      Providing Healthcare for inmates is always a great thing

      Cons

      The Executive team are a great team but are completely oblivious to the egotistical staff they have supporting them that make their final decisions.
