management has their favorites and they pay them better and let them do things others get in trouble for. the management has no ideal how to keep staff always working short. never told how good we are doing just how bad we are. since i have been there for 3 yrs there has been 5 FHA -4 DON'S not to count how many staff that has said enough is enough and left. very bad company they only thank about their pockets not inmate care. always denying to send out inmate to hospitals and other health care that they may need. they company buys water and when a worker asks for a water to take to the yards they act like you are asking for the sun and how dare you ask for water.
