The employees that I worked with became family to me.

Cons

Higher up staff worked in an office at corporate, it was almost as if they had never experienced working in the field. They could care less about their employees and the work load they were given/ safety of their employees / time and effort they put into their job. Always underappreciated. POOR MANAGENENT!!!
