Pros

Once used to be a good place to work, no more. Work from home is a thing which is meant for higher management, No wonder they say a great place to work.

Cons

Older ( stayed in Yodlee for a long time) can blind higher management.They can play petty politics , If they don't like your innovative ideas. No good infrastructure: No place to refresh your self: there used to be a recreation room which is now immersing a meeting room. You work hard, bring in new ideas, but no body appreciates. Don't get surprised if you were asked to work on weekends, if you refuse they ask you to apply Privileged leaves. No work life balance.
