Pros

Is good for the launch of the product testing with Family and friends before making it publicly available

Cons

Do not make that concept of family and friends as part of the Management. Good leader in India left and is replaced by a friend of the CEO - why - because he is friend - and he says that to all - wondering how he cleared interview which is very tough - may be no interview because he is friend - conversation with him not giving professional impression.
