Everyone seems to generally want to achieve goals, but how they are achieved is "to each his own". Go figure. For the most part, the compensation package (base salary + bonus + benefits) is decent and remote flexibility is tolerated.

Cons

A lot of "that's not my job/role/responsibility" as a response during supposed collaboration to get things done. Communication/Messaging from upper management doesn't quite align with actions taken, so there tends to be internal confusion as to what are the true objectives.
