Pros

Challenging environment, so opportunities to make a difference, HR focused on positive experiences through fun activities (company ski day/movie days), celebration of diversity holidays. Company does a good job with promoting from within and supporting diversity Company benefits are or above par (fully paid healthcare, 401k matching, etc.)

Cons

Older technology platform, but moving to update Takes a long time to get things done Too much focus on solving business problems by throwing people at the problem vs technology

The space is interesting that they are in.

Cons

The office politics is terrible. There is no reward for hard work. Management does not know what they are doing. They reward individuals who do nothing and reprimand the ones that work hard.
