Terrible management, toxic work environment. Alot of middle managers and even at the vp level are bullies. Leaders tend to blame downwards (scapegoating) for the reason why their business is failing. But they don't realize that their business strategy is outdated and they just cant compete with the market. Their services are too expensive compared to their competitors and provide a service that doesnt justify the cost. Hence we don't get repeat businesses and our clients are one off. Stay away from the life sciences business in this org, they are constantly losing people. Morale is super low and bdms and recruiters are being treated terribly.

My experience at Yoh has been the best of any of my professional employers. The closest thing to a large staffing firm that of course has metrics and has expectations but also still has a family atmosphere. Yoh is a diverse company that is welcoming and I have had minimal conflicts with staff. That is not the case at many staffing companies.

Cons

Need better clients who give us some responsibility but must deliver to prove we are worthy of such a relationship.
