Offer competitive rates, professional staffing, never had issues with late payments. Relationships and job opportunities are with solid and reputable organizations.

Cons

Not very good at taking initiative and helping secure future roles after assignment is coming to a conclusion. Opportunities limited to specific market.

long-term contract role, with no solid expiration date vacation, sick pay, holiday, STD decent pay training available

Cons

Contractors don't have full access to Yoh Although there is online training available, there is very limited opportunity for growth - very mundane, routine work My lead really doesn't work hard to try and work with client to get me more challenging work; okay with status quo Pay could be better, no room for negotiation
