With a startup comes a lot of need to pivot and change direction often. You have to be flexible.

Pros

The people you get to work with at Yotta Energy are exceptional, not only professionally, but personally as well. The work you do is important and it helps to get the job done when you're surrounded by dynamic individuals with similar goals. The benefits are great, and the hybrid work policy is extremely helpful in maintaining work life balance.

Cons

It is a growing company that is experiencing growing pains. That can look different in different departments. Also, this is a come early stay late environment, you'll be asked to fill different roles at different times. If you don't have flexibility, this may not be a great fit.
