Pros

Great PTO policy, sick leave and the management team was very flexible during COVID. They seem to care about the health and safety of their employees

Cons

It is a startup and as such, moves quickly and priorities can change by the hour. Nimbleness is needed and is a pro, but to some it may be a con as change in direction is frequent as it is with all start-ups.

Pros

There are some wonderful people that work there. There are also some wonderful people who no longer work there. I am friends with both groups.

Cons

There are a number of startups where the founder thinks of themselves as the next entrepreneur superhero. This one has gone so far as to make fake posters of other entrepreneur superhero's making flattering comments about Yotta. It seams insignificant until you see the other patterns. When you look at the website photos. Many people no longer work there and left under circumstances that would lead me to believe they would not want to use their smiling photo for the benefit of Yotta. You get treated wonderful on the front end. Then it turns. It greatly depends on what department you are in and if you are related to the CEO.
