The employees are as good as there are anywhere. Every function is excellent. I came to Yotta based on mission and probability of success. Employee quality across all functions is as high as I have seen anywhere. I put a lot of time into work. At Yotta, because all the other functions work, I do not feel like I am wasting it.

Yotta Energy has managed to hire and retain some really exceptional people. I have been working in the solar and critical infrastructure industries for most of my (admittedly brief) career, and the combination of technologies that Yotta brings to market is a clear evolution in terms of both scalability and thermal performance. Yotta's mission aligns with my values, and there is a clear commitment to advancing that mission. There is no bureaucracy in the engineering department. We all work very closely with the CTO and collaborate cross-functionally on a regular basis. Team sizes are small and efficient.
