- Zum is a complete disaster, and job hunters should stay far from it - The entire place is a jumble of confusion with scattered responsibilities - Roles shift without warning, creating constant frustration - Leadership acts with no professionalism and assigns bizarre, unrelated tasks - The atmosphere is miserable because of nonstop role creep - There is no real space to grow or learn anything worthwhile - Building a career here feels pointless and draining
