- Sometimes everyone has so much work to do, and small things don't get taken care of... But that's the beauty of a fast-paced startup, we make moves and are putting a dent in this industry!

Zum is a mission-based company that is growing fast. Lots of great work to be done and you can see the immediate impact of your work. Hardworking, but humble people. Lot's of collaboration.

Cons

Not really a con, but nature of a start-up - Lot's of movement that sometimes may seem scattered.
