Pros

I’m in a position where I know exactly how the business is run. I think this gives me an advantage because my growth is fast-tracked. I like that the people here are active listeners and doers, everyone from the top to the bottom. The best thing about this company is that it’s family-oriented, which shows both in the service it provides and its employee policies. For example, I only go to the office three days a week, and that's great for my personal life. The compensation package is impressive for a young company. There's equity, dental/medical/vision insurance, and other wellness benefits.

They spend an inordinate amount of time pumping out repetitive, platitude driven reviews on here

Cons

Everything. From the way the company is lead top to bottom. How they keep paying to put themselves on lists and sponsored content is beyond me. The irony of being a bus company after years of telling schools buses were bad for kids is also hilarious and not lost on ANYONE.

Company committed to safety, which shows in every aspect of the job - from vehicle maintenance to driver training. Everything is geared towards keeping students safe in transit. Consistent scheduling, which makes it easier to balance work and life.

Cons

I don’t see any problems with the working conditions.
