Pros

Exceptional team, there is a special bond between us all. Great respect we pay to each other and the time we dedicate to listen to the ideas of our colleagues. There are many things about our company that make it a great place to work, but the management's approach and handling of the Covid-19 Pandemic is outstanding. Zum truly cares about its employees and customers. One of the things that really helps me is work flexibility, which allows me to feel confident. The company has tried to keep all of their employees informed every step of the way and ease the uncertainty and anxiety created by this pandemic. Good compensation + occasional presents and perks.

Cons

I had so many things to learn from the beginning - nothing comes easy, especially if it’s worth it.

Pros

Zum is upfront and honest about its plans and why they are making them. I have really appreciated this, especially with COVID-19. They have taken the time to prepare strategies to cope with everything to working out contingency measures to ensure the smooth running of the work. Leadership focuses on ensuring employees have what we need to be our best; whether that's the benefits package or the technology assets that support our ability to work. I’ve been encouraged by my line manager to focus on my development and very lucky to be supported to complete qualifications. My colleagues are great people, they help each other to be successful.

Cons

Social distancing during the pandemic. There’s nothing else for cons. Things are changing on a day-to-day basis, sometimes we’re all dealing with tough challenges. I set myself goals for further progression, continuously striving for professional success and also finding ways to have a positive and long-lasting impact in what I do.

I love being a part of this great community. Compassion and a clear set of priorities, focused on people not just profit, are what important for me. During COVID-19 they made sure we had PPE and encouraged us to use it to stay safe. I like having flexibility in my job, I am encouraged and supported but not micromanaged. Friendly colleagues, our team is filled with people always ready to lend a helping hand. This creates energetic environment when coming to work.

Cons

At the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic I had a big struggle between my personal attitude and new standards implemented during the pandemic, with all these special anti-covid procedures, sometimes it feels like a limitation.
