I really enjoy working with children at Zūm, it is a great and growing company with good conditions: - work flexibility that allows me to schedule my day - health protection that the company provides And, it doesn’t stop with the general arrangements, it is also the people and their way of working – truly a collaborative group who work hard and go the extra mile to do the right thing to get the results. Good compensation and especially well-designed benefits are impressive. I feel supported and protected by the company.

Cons

My work is not so easy, it takes a lot of energy. It's like any job — you can be focused on pros or cons, but I am really happy to work at Zūm, it's a good challenge.

Pros

It's a good place and it has a very happy atmosphere. The company do everything in order to provide a job security during the pandemic; good rapport—a friendly atmosphere of trust—with the people I work, I enjoy interact with others. The management supports learning, great culture where everyone—regardless of what they look like or where they come from—has the capability to unlock new skills and claim new opportunities. Good salary, year-end bonus and gifts!

Cons

Feeling isolated, a lot of problems with motivation during the pandemic. Luckily, communication via Zoom, virtual meetings are part of our everyday work.

I feel that school bus driving at Zum is an important career choice, since the company really cares about its employees and supports great culture: helping people to maintain appropriate work life balance, the management is accountable and focused on building a great company, caring atmosphere, good salary and benefits I appreciate my work and when I wake up every day, I look forward to it.

Cons

It's a big responsibility to drive a bus and caring for the kids (unusual hours, the stress of controlling children), it takes a lot of energy and patience, attention is critical.
