Welcoming atmosphere, at Zum we believe that our differences should be celebrated and that an inclusive culture inspires creativity and innovation. Zum is committed to creating an environment where all people can develop and grow to their full potential. And these have been observed from the moment an individual applies for a particular job. However, as an employee, I have set my criteria which are the most important for me: healthy and safe environment, good leadership, open communication, flexible working experience, exceptional compensation. I especially like to work for this company as the success of my work is well supported by the management.

Zūm provides excellent chances for personal and professional development, allowing employees to innovate, create, and develop in a way that combines your personal needs and the needs of the company. The organization invests in me and my team by providing professional development opportunities and it is encouraging a creative approach to our job. We are provided with good benefits, compensation, and bonuses. Outstanding team; my coworkers are adaptable, helpful, and open to change – and I enjoy working with them. I'm just grateful that I have a job at Zum, because it has helped me become more confident and focused on my goals.

Cons

Everything is actually rather fine, with the exception of certain disagreements, these are a natural part of the work process.

I really enjoy the culture at Zum. It’s a lot of work, yet everyone is passionate about what they do and it’s a supportive and open communication. The company provides good care: learning/professional development, health protection. I like working for Zum for the great opportunities I have had to grow and develop. My successes - the result of learning and collaboration with my colleagues. Very proactive safety measures, everything goes smooth during the hectic times of the pandemic.

Cons

A lot has changed due to limited mobility and health risks caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, not every day is good, no team building parties.
