Pros

Challenging projects, mostly great co-workers. Immediate supervisors were good. Good compensation and time off. Appreciate the great work-life balance. People from all walks of life trying to create good, well-engineered designs that facilitate good stewardship of the earth for the resources we need.

Cons

There is lots of turnover. And half of the management team was very bad. In general, some very bad apples. The president is an abrasive and confrontational individual. Doesn't believe in greenhouse gases, and thought the pandemic was a hoax. Conveniently let his project team work from home at the start of the pandemic, but everyone else had to remain in office. All because the company allegedly didn't have enough VPN licenses and couldn't afford anymore. Which is silly because they took the PPP loan.

Pros

Health insurance is good. PTO is good.

Cons

Upper management is very bad. I know that’s cliche but in this case it is very true. Cannot hold onto supervisors or directors. Turnover is very high for basically all departments. Company is not profitable and they routinely put out poor quality work. Unable to meet deadlines. Do not care about their employees and do not value hard work. No hybrid work schedule or work from home policy. Laptops are only provided to Project Managers so if weather is bad or you are not feeling well you are forced to use PTO. Bonuses are basically non existent as bonuses are determined based on company performance and EPC cannot seem to execute or turn a profit. Do yourself a favor and don’t work here unless it is a last resort.
