Good benefits. Decent pay. Simple easy work.

Cons

Dying industry. Questionable culture. Thinly veiled political biases. HR sanctioned trading and selling guns between employee's in the parking lot. Closed minded employees.

Some of the people are pretty nice - and easy to work with.

Cons

They are looking for bargains. Negotiate for a better wage.

Benefits were very good. It was nice to work with employees from other departments. Depending on your department, work was relaxed and often enjoyable. ZAP also offered educational lunches which were very beneficial.

Cons

There's no real chance of moving up unless you like to "butter up" those in charge. Pay wasn't very fair. An individual with a bachelors degree should not be making substantially less than those with certificates. You are sometimes belittled if you do not work 45+ hours, even on slow weeks.
