      Pros

      Amazing overall culture, many genuine people. They emphasize the individual and healthy work environment. I cannot speak for every team, but my team was very family oriented. Respect, trust, and fairness Management is quality and fair. Everyone willing to help each other out. There will be opportunities to move to other teams or get promoted. Hours can be long every now and then, but no job is perfect. Long hours will happen anywhere. Benefits are very good. New building is impressive. HR was very nice One of the more diverse companies i have seen

      Cons

      Increase WFH day. You can nit pick the small things, but those don't really matter. I found zero cons in my experience, this is a top notch company.

      You don’t quit job you quit management Low pay Work life balance is horrible Barely any holidays off No regard for the employees They do not stick to the employees handbook Hold a double standards and play a lot of who is the Favorite. High school call center vibe
