      Good company to grow in the Shipping industry

      Pros

      Fast dynamic environment, great training and constant learning. Opportunities to grow within the company if you put the effort and interest. Beautiful and modern office and equipment.

      Cons

      Some people limit to do the bare minimum and get away with it, while others who work hard are isolated and not recognized as they should. If you are friends with management, you get privileges that not everyone gets.

      They hire from outside non-experience managers . HR they have people that do not care about you and HR so you’re a complaint goes no higher than the office
