      Great Pay. Coworkers are supportive

      Cons

      Your best is NEVER good enough. There is constant micromanaging. A relatively simple position has been made more difficult with the micromanaging. A lack of respect for employees and their talents. There is no work-life balance to get a day off you need to explain away. NO flex time even though there is supposed to be. The process to try and move to another position is difficult as before you even apply you have to have your boss and managers permission.

      Pros

      ZOLL Medical Corporation is a great organization that makes top of the line medical devices.

      Cons

      Hardly any opportunities for growth, management style is very old school and they don't seem to invest a lot in employees. Benefits and pay are decent, but defiantly could be better considering the industry they operate in. Very weak company culture, everyone works in silo's.
