      Racist management

      Pros

      Working there pushed me into pursing a different career path.

      Cons

      They do not know how to talk to employees, the overnight supervisors are unprofessional and racist (as well as some of the other higher-ups)they have faulty equipment and then punish the employees for low productivity, supervisors and the head of the QA department are not accurate with a lot of there rhythm interpretations.

      Extremely Poor Hiring Practices - Stay Away

      -Decent pay & benefits -Team culture -Opportunity for promote-from-within -Nice office with snacks

      Cons

      -Very little work / life balance -Management has extremely high expectations for the resources provided. -IT is understaffed yet they spend 3+ months "interviewing" and "vetting" candidates for various roles while the teams are stressed for additional support. -Talent Acquisition team are glorified appointment setters who dropped the ball several times with little to no communication for weeks on end.

      Pros

      Good PTO plan and Health Plan. Pretty good 401(k) plan matching up to 6%. Life saving medical devices and some great colleagues and relationships I have developed.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture in the sense of, "it's who you know and has been there the longest". No employee empowerment, validation, most positions are dead end because they are already taken by someone else or will be given to someone else with bias and nepotism. Managers are NEVER present, constantly in meeting that result in nothing beneficial to the employee or company for that matter.
