They make a great product and it does make a difference.

Cons

Terrible department to work for. Like working in a used car lot with impossible sales goals. Management is a disaster. Have a bons program that you will never qualify for.

Management positions all the way to the absolute top are held by aggressive types who fire people at will and have no empathy. Mentality is "do what I say, or else" ALWAYS. I was on a regional team of about 12 total positions and was the longest tenured at 5 years. Every single person I knew either quit or was fired. I had 5 managers in 5 years, multiple area directors and a brand new national director of sales with a horrible attitude.

Expanding portfolio to add to the one offering they have had for the last 20 years.

Cons

No idea how to deal with competition. Very rigid and status quo, which has led companies larger than this to imminent failure. Extremely poor corporate culture; especially among the mid level managers.
