Management is horrible. You are easily replaced. No support for field reps. Revenue is not focused on, when you get paid off revenue. When you ask management questions about revenue, you’re job is threatened.

Leadership- Lifecor needs a complete change. Ones in place are not correct to build $300M 8.) No sales VP with vision, lets Ops/Marketing run with strategy 9.) Inventory and overall business model inflexibility 10.) Medicare/Medicaid/Carrier interaction and contracts 11.) Forecast pulled from Mars 12.) 50% turnover both internally and externally-runs like a call center
