      Toxic Culture in APAC office

      Pros

      Annual trip to the US for Sales Meeting Generous with incentive if the entire APAC and company achieve the sales quota Strong product pipeline.

      Cons

      The management plays keeps tracks of staff movement. The staff are required to tap in on time and all travels request have to be approved by one person ( the VP). Overall, toxic and blaming culture.

      Pros

      Great product, great R&D, great sales compensation, good people.

      Cons

      Very top down organization. Marketing has no autonomy. Sales drives marketing org so it is short sighted driven by aggressive quarterly sales quotas. Marketers have no input to customer insights or long term planning. Great for someone starting their marketing career but not for an experienced marketer.
