      Pros

      You could actually go to work once a week once you have been cut down to one account. Get really friendly with the account and learn how to work your orders over the phone and you don't have to do a thing.

      Cons

      Everything under the sun, the untalented RM's that don't know the first thing about cardiology and strictly know how to sell pharmaceuticals.

      theres too much to list. The company has short term vision, takes advantage of its customers, and doesn't trust or believe in its employees. And thats just the tip of the iceberg.
