      Pros

      Coworkers Hybrid option after training period ( 2 month approximately and performance period- approx 5 to 8 weeks.

      Cons

      - 40% of Training was having someone read material that was in front of you. - management not always on same page with mentors and mentee. - IRA vesting time period is longer than anywhere I have worked. - HR ( male) was fake, lacks empathy and used Machiavellian tactics. - Employees out In the field want TS to be their personal assistants. - Working weekends ( most all new hires- both Sat and Sunday after training period)

      Good benefits Decent 401K 3 mo guarantee

      Cons

      High turnover; unfair/unattainable quota - which lead to not making much more than base salary. No recognition for new product HFMS sold; most TMs are young and inexperienced- which likely leads to high turnover; no inclusion - never felt part of the group (which was a first in my career); area manager uninvolved and not helpful.
