      WFH part time available after training and a review period. Co workers

      Cons

      The training isn't hands on. Benefits aren't great. The LV has tons of issues and you feel bad for the people wearing it.

      Pros

      I think ZOLL is a great place to work. HR is great and really tries to help you if you’re having any issues. I also like all the Exec staff, Directors, and Management. There are some really helpful people in the San Jose office and all around I enjoy the vibe. The company has some great events also which has been very refreshing! You also get paid on each paycheck if you don’t use their medical benefits and that’s so cool.

      Cons

      I’ve heard from some employees that the healthcare plan they offer is trash. I’ve also heard although not seen it myself that if you’re not buddy buddy with upper management they can make things hard for you but again I have not experienced that myself. I have seen Favoritism those because There is an employee who should have been written up a few times but because she’s been here years and HR told the manager she can’t write the person up and that sucks :(

      Pros

      Great socialization with Doctors and staff of your accounts. Making good relationships that educate you for the upcoming events in life if cardiovascular care.

      Cons

      The company its self has gone down the drain. Too much micromanagement, if you're not a favorite on the team then they make your job very difficult, favoritism at its finest among this company. Ice sorhed 9 years with Zoll. My numbers were always on top. However I was passed up due to not being a buddy buddy with your Managment team. Save yourself from not joking such a woke place of business.
