Management - lack of support, no family values, harsh commutation, they don't take the time to get know their employees. Work your hours, stay late during month end, no exceptions. Management says to let them know if you can't work "late" during month end.. that doesn't help YOU will still be penalize. I speak the truth, I really had hope that Zoll would be different from the other Medical companies that I've worked for . They try to sell you on leadership. No Leadership, only bullies. I was under-paid. It doesn't matter how much time to put in your programs, you're making your month goals, staying after your 8 hour shift, THEY do not value your hard work or you as a person. If Zoll thinks the carter lunches is the way to win their employees over, listen it's food employees will eat, it's "free" . Try to think out the box Zoll Side note, Management will ask if you have any questions or concerns... ? It will not matter, I believe Zoll uses this technic to "label you" Problem employee.. hmmm take note. If you are reading this. Do you your homework, if you have a family, I would not recommend this company. Lesson learn, we all need some sort of push/motivation to understand our self-worth.
