      Pros

      20 days vacation upon hire. So so health insurance. Depending on the supervisor you have, they are friendly and actually care. For the most part the people you work with are nice, friendly, and helpful.

      Cons

      Fluctuating work loads based on active patient counts and need. Last minute changes to build plans, schedules, and planned changes.

      Horrible communication from corporate and management. It feels like it's and us against them when trying to communicate with corporate. Very dated product.
