      Incredibly unhappy and hostile workplace

      Pros

      Free coffee and tea, close commuter location Nice cafeteria with friendly staff. Site wide no smoking policy

      Cons

      Hostile work environment, no training for office staff they focus on sales staff only. There in no secession planning therefore they lake ways to train replacement employees

      Pros

      Some good people. An opportunity to improve the quality of life of patients. Great potential left in the market. It's a great 12-18 month opportunity.

      Cons

      At the life cycle of this product (25% penetrated 10 years out), there is NO way to expect the growth this company is trying to force down TM throats. They totally accept the fact that 30% turnover is the fault of those that leave. The 800# Gorilla will never be addressed "because it works". There is a reason that there are 70 open positions out of 450 spots. Think about it.

      Pros

      Great products, great industry. I was there a long time and worked through more than one period of growth. The vision is solid.

      Cons

      It no longer felt like a company that placed it's employees and customers first over a strict bottom line.
