Products are life changing for patients as they have the possibility to save someones life. The products themselves are innovative.

Cons

Unethical leadership prompting misleading and fradulent practices. The company as a whole needs a complete overhaul to stay in the market.

Progressive growth oriented company providing good benefits and a competitive wage. Attractive work environment. Insured state of the art product was of highest quality.

Cons

Since they were bought out by a Japanese company, the "Toyota Way" was severely implemented. Overbearing line leader who was always monitoring your efficiency, breathing down your neck and chastising you for not hitting your quotas. Paperwork errors were not tolerated and warranted being disciplined for. Felt like I was working in a modern day sweatshop. Being away from you work station even for bathroom breaks became frowned upon. Management was very fearful of FDA and line employees felt it. Always being watched for some minor infraction of the rules.

Smaller Geographies, No Travel, Collegial selling with the Physicians, Unique technology that does not have a competitor, clear compensation plans that are easy to follow and calculate. (all the complaining about the comp plan are from people who fall behind and never catch up, they look at the negative side of the ledger and not the positive) Worry free from declining ASP's GPO, sole vendor contracting...

Cons

Occasional frustrations with Medicare/Medicaid and Insurance rules and guidelines. It is fast paced and can be hard to take a break but gets better with understanding and resource management. The explosive growth of the company has come with rapid change and it has not always been smooth. The planned expansion growth is over as of April 2016 (1st Month of new fiscal year) and things will continue to improve.
